No one willingly goes there, which just means that if you spawn there, you spawn out of the action and have to waste a very dull time getting back to the surface.

Potterworld already has the island with the shack that Harry firsts meet Hagrid in, however, I think it would be more atmospheric if it was always night on the island (similar to Shade Alley). If possible, constant rain or thunder would also be great.
