    pet peeves quest

    hello, im stuck on this quest, i found the first 2 locations of the dragon plague cure potion but ive looked everywhere and cant find the last one. i thought it would be with the yellow cars but i checked both cars and thats not it. if someone could help me out that would be awesome, thanks :)
