Greetings witches and wizards!



It's time for our Arena 2024 Season 1 Releases!


Arena Maps: We have gone ahead and fixed our flying maps tech issues to be up to our new standards and are continuing to make improvements to them. We're also still working on mass-fixing the majority of our dueling maps to be more appealing and less inconvenient for players. This also includes updating them to our new standards. We appreciate your patience with us as we continue to resolve these issues!



With that said, we have also implemented and revamped a bunch of new and old maps!


NEW - Mushroom Forest Flying Course

NEW - King of the Egg Knockout Dueling Map

NEW - Snowy Showdown Knockout Dueling Map

REVAMPED - Diagonal Lane Flying Course

REVAMPED - Room of Hidden Things Dueling Map





NEW Gamemodes: Over the last year, the Arena team has been working hard to produce new and existing game modes. We can now announce two of our newest ones!
  • Knockout Dueling
This gamemode entails players successfully knocking one another out of the arena. Players will receive a game mode-specific wand when entering the map's region with five familiar spells bound. No other wands or miscellaneous objects are allowed during this time.
  • Dueling Training Sessions
A new addition to our Flying Training Sessions! these sessions allow players to practise their dueling skills and further their abilities by practising against how many other players they feel. A map selector will be handed out to everyone, allowing them to access all of the dueling maps we have to offer! Players can use their bound wand with their already accustomed presets.





NEW QoL Update: We're excited to announce our new Arena Voting! Arena Voting is exclusive to Challenges and Tournaments, including FFA's. This consists of players having the ability to vote for which FFA type they'd prefer, and allows them to vote on which map will be used for the Challenge or Tournament type that is being hosted.





Arena Dueling Halls: We have reworked the Arena Halls to be less laggy. These fixes include manually resetting the tech we use to no longer cause unnecessary lag.





Arena Protocol: The Arena Team have added a new protocol rule. This new rule is:


  • If a player disconnects on purpose as a form of trolling or with no intention of coming back without communicating to the team etc.:
    • An arena member will proceed with the following:
      • Proceed by automatically disqualifying the player who left.
      • (specific to 1v1).
      • Reach out to the remaining player, and discuss if they’d like to go against the loser of the round listed after theirs so they have a chance to duel.
      • If no to the following, automatically give the player the win from the round their opponent left.
      • If this occurred during a teamed challenge (2v2+) - the other team shall automatically win the round.
      • Kick the losing teammate from the challenge (reward if they have already dueled before their teammate left).


This is due to feedback we have gotten about players leaving mid-duel, to troll and throw with no intention of returning.

Additionally, the Team will be more vigilant and understanding of this in the future.





Arena Hub and Lobby Changes: We've gone ahead and reverted our hubs to normal from the Christmas period. With Valentine's just around the corner, who knows what the hubs will look like in the near future!





Arena Discord: We have started doing Mystery Polls for upcoming surprise challenges! This is a way for the community to showcase what kind of challenge they'd like the specific week the poll is announced. New additions to the discord will be added in the future.
