Hello everyone!
We’re excited to announce that our winter minigame tournaments will be making a return again this year during the Winter Waltz.
This tournament will feature our three winter-inspired minigames: Sledding, Wand Spleef and Snowballing.
How Will the Tournaments Work?
Our tournament will involve three separate leaderboards for each gamemode. Players can earn points through being the last one standing in Wand Spleef, knocking out players in Snowballing or by winning races in Sledding.
Unlike last year however, the tournaments will be staggered, with a different game’s tournament unfolding every week. Each tournament will begin on Wednesday at 12am PST and end on the following Tuesday at 11:59pm.
The tournaments will commence from the second week of the event and follow the below schedule:
- Wednesday December 11th - Tuesday December 17st: Sledding
- Wednesday December 18th - Tuesday December 24th: Snowballing
- Wednesday December 25th - Tuesday December 31st: Wand Spleef
All rewards will be handed out after the conclusion of the Winter Waltz event.

What are the Rewards?
The top five players in each game’s tournament will receive the following rewards:

In the midst of slippery snow, grab your sled and get ready to slide! In Sledding, race against your friends and reach the finish line before anyone can catch up. Be mindful of sharp twists and turns. Have fun, and most importantly, don’t crash!

Want to throw snowballs at other people? In Snowballing, you can do just that! Using your wand, knock out as many players as you can before the timer runs out. Who knows, maybe they’ll just become snowmen…

In Wand Spleef, your aim is to be the one last standing! Use a variety of spells to manipulate the ground below you, causing your opponents to plummet to their death. Remember to remain stealthy on the fragile snow, as the ground can swallow you up. Don’t fall!

Rules
- You are not allowed to have two accounts in the same game at once.
- If you own two or more accounts that place on the leaderboard, only your highest placing account will be eligible for the rewards.
- No abusing glitches. If any glitches are found, you must report them to Staff members and then leave the glitch alone. Please do not make others aware of the glitch as well.
- No teaming with other players. This includes working together to kill other players, or allowing players to kill you.
- Do not throw a game.
- All other Potterworld rules apply. This includes Minigame Rules and Arena Games. Do /rules in-game to view them or click here.
