7th first year quest - inside the crystal ball

hi, im blocked at the stage where you have to cast "lumen aestus" to clear the way inside the crystal ball, and when i cast it it doesnt work so im blocked there, ill attach a screenshot where im blocked rn

usually when i try to do the cast im like 1-2 blocks away or like rlly near it
