A monthly idea . . .

So I thought this will be very cool to have!
So we should have a monthly building competition that gives 200 house points plus gold.
So you make a post on the website each month with the building prompt (Example: A forest cottage) and then you post a screenshot to the comments of the post, plus your username. So the staff member will go to the persons housing with the best screenshot to make sure their not cheating, and then they get the prize.
I think it will be a fun activity for the housings, and people can get awarded for their skill at building! Which is a major Minecraft skill.

Thank you for the creativity you put into this suggestion and apologies for the wait on a response. Unfortunately, this suggestion has been declined. While we think this is a cute idea, it would be a lot of lot of extra effort. The last build competition didn't have many entries and therefore we don't think many players would sign up for this competition. Building is included in the Art Discord's monthly giveaway, and not many players submit build for this. Players may not enter building competitions for a number of reasons like the housing size limit, having to use their own gold to pay for material, and having existing builds on their housing they don't want to remove. Therefore, we will be keeping the building competitions the same with monthly art giveaways and special occasions.
