Ability to purchase Gift Wrap for wrapping presents

I think it would be really fun to have the ability to purchase gift wrap from somewhere in Diagonal Lane that lets us wrap an item into a present, then whoever receives the gift can click to unwrap it.

This reminds me of Loot Bags pre revelius and how, when clicked, it would give an assortment of mob drops - kinda similar to how hidden chests are, I guess. I wonder if they can make a similar function but with the gifted item? Could be a gift bag or box. Either way, I like the idea and it could be great for players especially when someone wants to gift a birthday present or something during other events.

Instead of putting the gifted item in a bag and carrying it around physically. What if the gifted item was placed in a GUI similar to Mailboxes? Then when the person goes to open their gift, they don't see the item initially, but a present box with the name of the person that sent it - or possibly an option to keep it anonymous! The player can click it, then it shows the item and the option to put it in their inventory.
This mailed gift box option could probably be placed in the Mailbox GUI or they could make a special NPC that handles gifts.

I have brought your suggestion up to the team, and I am happy to say it has been accepted! We loved the idea of gifts and it will be such a fun idea for friends birthdays, RP parties and weddings, et cetera! Currently we do not have an ETA for when this will be completed, however do be on the lookout for an announcement regarding the adding of gift wrapping!

Unfortunately, this suggestion has been changed to a decline. While we liked this idea, it is unfortunately a bit too complex and not something we are able to pull off at this point in time.
