Accessable party chat in classses

As a normal player you should be able to access the party chat in classes. It is really annoying to /msg all the different people in the party if you wanna talk to them.

Not even just party chat! I feel this, you see all the messages in the channels you're in but you can't say anything back to anyone because you're in a class or in a game or something? That seems so weird to me. I don't see why that should matter.

I definitely agree, as it would be fun to talk to other players in a party chat while you are in class, versus just constantly messaging them.

Adding on to this, I think it's mainly because it's recommended you leave all channels in a class in order to focus on the notes and not lose track of what the class is about, otherwise you won't do well on the assignment. That's probably why players are not allowed to message in global while they are in class, as it will distract them from the class

That's not very logical because if that were the intended case - you wouldn't be able to see it! Haha. It's pretty rediculous to be able to see a chat you can't respond to in my opinion. Also, you don't really need the notes that much in my experience. You can just pay attention as they're saying them and be alright. I usually get O+ on most assignments and I don't take any notes. It'd be nice to be able to respond to chats though or just to take it away entirely so it's not tempting when you can't answer
