Account Restart?

I was wondering if there was a way to essentially restart your journey in the game? I want to completely restart, all the from square one. I do understand that means I'll lose all my progress, but I am not bothered by it.

Heya! You can restart your account by purchasing a reset token for free on our store here under "Games Services". Once you purchase it, you'll need to type /reset in-game and then your account will be reset! If you have any questions feel free to submit a ticket in-game with /t create or reply to this thread.

It says that I cannot get the reset ticket even though I've never bought it before?
