While your hunger doesn't go down in the world map and you don't need food anymore, it still does on the housing servers. For higher level players that isn't an issue since they can use healing spells when they need to. For lower levels (up to level 31, that's when you get Epifio) it can be quite frustrating though, because the only way to get food is to purchase it from other players. And when they're building their housing or exploring the ones of other players, it's quite annoying to lose hunger and not being able to heal.
So I suggest to add a healing button to the house elf (similar to the button in the dueling halls). This way, lower level players can heal their hunger without having to get food, switching worlds or have someone heal them.
