There really isn't any reason to not add an option to heal at dueling halls right now. Right now people have to switch worlds between duels to get full health if they don't have a decent healing set, and that's a chunk of the dueling community right now. The leave NPC could be renamed to something else and it would have the option to heal or leave the arena. I doubt this would be abused to a large extent. If people were going to use the NPC to heal during a duel they were going to cheat by other means anyways, either by profession items, switching worlds, or straight up leaving. This would obviously have like a 15 second cooldown also. It doesn't even need to be the NPC, it could just be an option on the arena selector or something else. I just find it annoying having to switch worlds to heal and I think there should be an official way to heal. Switching worlds isn't intended to be the way to heal after a duel, and new players wouldn't know that they have to do this to heal between duels.
