Add the Boathouse to Scarlett

I've noticed this for a while now and I think it might be a good idea to add the location to Scarlett's many explanations. 😊

I think that this is really an amazing idea. A lot of people everyday ask about where the boathouse is! This Will instead Help make the answer easier instead of trying to explain where to go and risking getting lost.

We felt that this idea would be extremely helpful for players and therefore have accepted and implemented this! The Boathouse can be confusing to locate and adding directions to Scarlett was a great suggestion.
