It's time for our Arena 2024 Season 2 Releases!
Arena Maps: We are continuing to make improvements to all of our existing maps: Flying, Dueling and Seasonal as well as making QoL improvements to them. We appreciate your patience with us as we continue to resolve these issues!
With that said, we have also implemented and revamped some new and old maps!
NEW - Phoenix Nest Rafting Course
NEW - Hangar Plasma Showdown Arena Halls
REVAMPED - Winter Flying Course
With the feedback we received from players, we have made some QoL improvements to some of our maps:
Mermaid Cove and Castelomagia.
Additional New and Revamped maps will be announced in the future!
Arena Token Shop Update: After a long time coming, we're excited to finally announce our new releases for the Arena Shop! We have rotated back in old, yet cherished items to all of our categories as well as including new items to the Banner and Spell categories and an updated version of our Jukebox in the exclusive category!
NEW QoL Updates: We have been working hard on improving the QoL for players.
- We have fixed the issue where players were not receiving stats for their daily activities when attending Challenges and Tournaments.
- We're happy to introduce our new Tournament Winner Announcement Broadcast when in-game! Those who win a Tournament will be announced to the general player base once the Tournament is over by the Arena Team.
- We have introduced a new Plasma Blade Healing Spell! This is called Meditation. This spell will regenerate 3.5hp per 0.5 seconds for a total of 6 seconds for the player who cast it. If taken ANY form of damage, the spell gets cancelled.
- The team has also listened to the feedback regarding our Default Wizard Bundle breaking when switching Arenas in the Dueling Halls. This has been fixed and should no longer cause an issue for players when swapping to a new Arena!
- We have also updated our visibility tool for 1v1 Challenges to include new features.
- Additionally, we have now converted our MVP winner's Potterpoints reward to Store Coupons. These Coupons are the equivalent amount that Dueling, Flying and Overall MVP's would receive in Potterpoints.
- Overall MVP's now receive a $9 Store Coupon instead of 900 Potterpoints.
- Flying and Dueling MVP's now receive a $7 Store Coupon instead of 700 Potterpoints.
Calendar Update: Starting this season, we have introduced scheduled Training Sessions to the calendar. We will be rotating between Dueling and Flying Sessions throughout each month. This will not affect the surprise Training Sessions still being hosted!
Arena Dueling Halls: We have added a little Wumpus Mascot to our Arena Halls! Clicking on this little fella will provide a link to join the Arena Discord for those who are interested but are yet to join us there. We have also disabled the Spleef Arena and swapped it to the NEW Hanger Plasma Showdown Arena!
We are actively looking at ways to improve the Arena Halls and currently have some fun and existing ideas that'll spice things up! These improvements and additional features will be implemented and released sometime in the future. So keep your eyes peeled for when these are released!
Arena Discord: We're continuing to look into ways to improve our Arena Discord. We will soon be utilising our Community-Updates channel with additional info!
