Cannot Get Grimlotts Vault

Hey all,

I wanted to post on here to see if there was anything I was doing wrong. When I go to Grimlotts to get a vault, there is only the two minigames and I cannot figure out how to get a vault.

I am a level 9 first year. Am I too low of a level/early in the story to get a Grimlotts vault?

Heya @AshesOfAmber!

Try going down the stairs in the back back of the bank! You will need to ride a minecart to get to the vaults itself. You will also need to click a button that should be sparkling to open the vault. Hope this helps!
