Can't buy reset token

When I try to buy a reset token it says "We've received too many payment attempts from this device. Please try again later." This is my first time trying to buy it. Anyway to fix this?

We are currently having some customers having issues with the store, we are, however, working on it. If you are still unable to get a reset token next time you are online, please create a support ticket with the /t create command in-game and a Store Manager can help you out further!
