Disable pearl damage in Spell Wars Minigame.

Using an ender pearl in Spell Wars deals 2 hearts of damage to you. This is simply too much! You can't afford to take 2 hearts as that puts you at a massive disadvantage for combat.

That's how ender pearls are though; there should be a downside to being able to teleport wherever you want (if you land it). It may put you at a disadvantage in terms of health, but puts you at an advantage in terms of positioning - depending on how you use it.

Skywars on Hypixel has a perk that reduces the damage of pearls the more you level it up. Reducing the damage to one heart instead of disabling it completely is a better way of improving ender pearls. 3-5 headshots with the right spells can kill you almost immediately in spell wars, so reducing pearl damage can make it so you don't immediately evaporate when you teleport on someone.
