Hi @moogity_boogity,
This quest here requires you to make use of some of your new spells to progress. If you explore the classroom you'll notice there are blocks with feathers on them. These blocks have the ability to be levitated (risen into the air) if you cast the correct spell on them.
Once you cast the spell on them, they will lift into the air and you can parkour on them.
Without giving too much away I'd suggest you have a look at your spells list and see if any of the current spells you have meet that criteria.
If you need anymore help do not hesitate to either reply here, make an in-game ticket to staff with /t create or ask other players for help in /ch qc (our quest chat).
