Give Scarlett a /help Icon

Heyo,
How about giving Scarlett an icon that gives you the /help menu?
Newcomers keep asking all the basic things and I really think QoL would be improved if there was an actual physical entity right at the GH door hallway area so they can click it and view all the essential info.
Plus, it would help out Prefects and other staff so much.

It could even be added to scarlett i think, shes like the general starter help npc and to keep it consistent it would be nice if she had a button to open the /help menu

I agree to any idea just as long there is a physical interaction to get help there 😊

We really loved this idea and felt it would be extremely helpful to players, as most of those who go to Scarlett are newer.
