How do I get to the Serpent common room?

Hello, I am new to this server and after finishing the first 1st year quest, i wanted to go back to my common room, the serpent one, but I couldn't remember if there was a command nor could I find it while looking around. I would greatly appriciate the help, thank you.

Scarlett at the Great Hall - She will give you directions to the dungeons - when there you will see a ghost called the Carnage Count - It's either tapping the wall there or a button (can't remember, my age can make me forgetful) but it should open up for you
