I like helping people who are lost to get to their places, and it's annoying when I want to help someone whose in Hogwarts (my usual Warp Key tp) and I'm in Diagonal Alley and I'll try to tp using the Warp Key but see that it's still in its 10 minute cool-down phase! I think it's much nicer for it to be reduced to 5 minutes. That's all thanks!
