Im stuck

So while the Valentines event was going on I was in the mermaid grotto dropper. I hadnt been online for a while. When i came back to the game after the event ended i was still in the mermaid grotto. when i exited the grotto it spawns me back into the great hall except all of my items that i had, have dissapeared. I dont know what to do like my wand and everything dissapeared.
when i exited out of the game to see if it was a glitch it spawns me back in the mermaid grotto dropper only to repeat the same process every time.

I am not sure if someone else was able to help you in-game already, but if you are still stuck then try using your Warpkey Bag to teleport to whichever location it is set on. If this still doesn't work for you then please make a ticket in-game (/t create) and a staff member online should be able to fix your issue!
