Perhaps try restarting your minecraft? And if that doesnt work, try switching to Version 1.12.2 since I think 1.13 sometimes doesnt work? Otherwise try checking the FAQ on These Forums for help

This is quite late, but have you made sure there isn't an extra space at the start or end of the IP? Also, you can connect with just potterworldmc.com too, give that one a shot.
