Make The Path Particles On Echo Parkour On By Default

Hello, i don't understand why the setting was off due to some of the parkours being very confusing to navigate. Why bury it?

I'm happy to let you know that this suggestion has been accepted and completed! Players that have already completed the quest will have manually trigger it. However, for everyone else it will be set as default!
