I've seen so many new people asking about locations in the castle and I think a great solution is just to add a notification among others that pop up as a broadcast to go and see her for all your location needs.

I really like the idea but considering the other changes staff are making soon (TM) it is kind of pointless. Mainly, they are adding information about Scarlett and her purpose to a first year quest, meaning that pretty much everyone will be able to learn about her.
