Remove Housing Heal Confirmation

As the title says I think this would be better than having to confirm every time. Just a tiny QoL improvement.

The healing option isn't supposed to have a confirmation on it. It was an error on our part which I've just gone ahead and fixed. Thank you for bringing it up!
