Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that the warpkey bag is based off the the Hearthstone in World of Warcraft. They have almost the exact functionality except for the fact that setting your warpkey bag in Potterworld makes your Set Warp Point and Warp spells on cooldown, and the Hearthstone doesn't.
For example, if you set your warp key point at Hogsworth it would put both Set Warp Point and Warp on cooldown for 10 minutes. But if you set your Hearthstone to Stormwind in World of Warcraft nothing would be put on cooldown. You could still use your Hearthstone regardless if you had set it an hour ago or a minute ago.
I don't see a reason why there has to be a cooldown on setting your warpkey bag in Potterworld. I can understand the cooldown on actually using the warp, but I don't get why there has to be a cooldown for setting it.
This change isn't really that necessary, but its not big. So it would probably be a good change to put in a quality of life update.
