Reset didn't work

Hello staffmember of Potterworld!

My tried to buy my first reset and I bought it. But when I tried to use the commant ''/reset'' ingame it didnt work.. I decided I should wait for a while but its been over 2 and a half weeks and I still couldnt do it.. How does this work? And can I get my reset please?
Extra information: This is my first reset ever

Hey @Dyean,

It looks like your purchase of the reset from the store may not have gone through. Can you try getting it again from the store? Make sure you are online when you get the reset and that your IGN has been entered correctly.

I tried to purchase the reset again but it said that I already used the reset although I never recieved the reset ingame.. I dont know if this is a bug or something though

It looks like you already reset your account in-game. Can you login and check? If you still have issues with it, we will be able to better help you if you create an in-game ticket using /t create (message).
