Reset ticket but cant get on server

I bought a reset ticket because I havent played in forever and wanted to start new. However when I bought it I couldn't get on the server? It said hold on while were gettings things ready. I waited and its been about a month now and I tried again and same thing. Help.

Hey @AbigailKayy!

Are you able to link a photo of the error you're receiving when you try to join the server? In addition to that, please make sure you're using a legitimate version of Java Minecraft as we don't support Windows 10, PE or cracked accounts.
