Resource pack wont download

Hi there! so the thing is, few days ago i decided to play on the server after a month or so again! I had no issues with the resource packs before but now, everytime i join the server (having enabled packs) it just gets stuck on downloading the resource pack forever. When I try to join the server with the pack setting set on prompt, it says that the r pack has failed to download. When i try to download it through the /packs thingy its the same as when enabled
