Staff App not working

I want to apply for staff but its saying i have insufficient permission to post a thread there.

Did you click 'Applications' at the top then the position you want to apply for? It is possible the position isn't open, also try do /link in game

The only staff positions that are currently open are Lore Keeper, Class Helper and Jr. Prefect. Arithmancer applications are currently closed, and all other apps are non-staff positions, which are all closed besides Director Intern

^^ Adding onto what Rani said, 2D Arithmancer apps are open right now I believe, but 3D Arithmancer apps are closed.
