I just want to thank everyone on the server for being my safe space. It is somewhere I can go to and calm down.

Spoiler: trigger warning depression

This morning, I struggled very badly with intrusive thoughts and was hyperventilating, and hopped on. I just did a chest run and was able to relax and take some deep breaths. This community has helped and is helping me beat my own demons. This may sound dramatic or attention-seeking, but it's less of "oh I'm so damaged ☻ " and more just focusing on thank you.

I can't wait to grow and learn that it's oaky to not be okay. <3
