Can anyone tell me where the Shady Dealer's shop is for a Parchment Paper, Magnifying Glass and Magical Pen?

Heya @Kennycoole,

The Shady Dealer's shop is almost opposite to the well you are investigating in that quest. You should also be able to see the "Shady Dealer" NPC inside if it is the correct house. You'll be able to find the items you need in the attic of that house.
