Ability to enable or disable hunger in housing

Simple as that, I have to heal every time when I'm in housing, which isn't that huge of a deal but if I'm unable to cast spells, for example, if magic is off or if I'm morphed, I'll just start starving. Something like /housing hunger on|off? If possible of course, I'm no plugin programmer
