I don't have the spell needed!

I have been looking at all my spell hot bars but cannot for the life of me find the spell called Calligraphora. Can anyone please help me? I am trying to do the second first-year quest!

Have you tried checking for the spell in your Hotbar, when you right-click with your wand out.
