Something I very much enjoy about the server is the vast array of cosmetic options! I love that they are not limited to purchasing and that you can earn many very cool ones just from participating in the server. I’ve collected so many cool wands and hats! ✨

My favourite Potterworld memory is from back at 2017. I remember entering classes and learning about Astronomy. I really was enjoying them, since recalling it just boosts me with seratonin. I was 13 years old, but now I am 20! Years do pass by quickly, and I hope to be on Potterworld for as long as I can!

My favourite PotterWorldMC memories come from the Magical Maze during an Anniversary event. People would help eachother through the stages, and lead each other through the maze. I knew the route to the cup off by heart by the end, so I had led others through it all, where we would fight Valdemar together! Definitely my favourite PW event as people worked together and I still think very fondly of it.

My favorite memory was probably working on the 2020 Winter Waltz Event at Mahounoshiro. It was the very first event I ever lead and I was so so proud of what we accomplished. The best part of it was working with people that have become good and long-standing friends. Jess and I had a lot of chaotic moments with things we had placed just disappearing inexplicably that lead to the creation of the Grinch Predictise as a staple of the event. Max and Ash had a whole massive breakdown in vc over an npc named Daisuke not talking to them. It was my first time meeting and working with Chailey, who has since become my best friend. It was also the first time I worked directly with Drooble. Basically, it was both the start of a long journey with PW Events & a number of really meaningful relationships. <3

One of my favorite memories was when i was grinding for the thunderbolt broom. It was a fun grind and people even helped contribute by giving me the gold and parts for other brooms to get the broom! this community is a kind one and i hope it stays that way.

My favourite Potterworld memories have definitely got to be the week or so before the Revelius update when the lobby was open but not the worlds, so everyone played minigames and did parkour to this hot air balloon; also the old Dwelling and the tent in the backyard that lead to the Phoenix hideout and when Griffins won a House Point Quarter or something in 2020. Happy 10th anniversary everyone!!

My favorite Potterworld memory is from 2022 when the HUNT was happening and the whole server game together to solve the hunt, doing all the puzzles. Everyone had their task, players that could parkour did parkour, people that knew lots about roleplay knew the answers so the questions and riddles, people that were good at finding their way through mazes would lead people to the end.

My favorite Potterworld memory is probably when I did professions! it was pre-revelius and I was rather new to the server. I instantly fell in love with herbology cause I was able to grow plants that were helping me ingame (as an example there was a plant that you could grow that gave you speed for a bit) unfortunately the professions were removed but I still have the rewards from reaching maximum level! ;D back then people explained to me ingame how professions worked and I think thats still a big thing in the server: whenever someone has a question there is always a person who is willing to help! I made many friends along my journey and I'm happy that I can share so many good memories with them!

I have quite a few potterworld memories so it is hard to pick a favorite! But an absolutely amazing time was the maintenance for revelius. Everyone was just sitting in the hub, talking to each other, making new friends and hosting fun little activities! Another one of my favorite memories is the old Potions system and how I, after loads and loads of tries, were able to obtain the legendary felix felicis to finally get Sectum Sempra back in the day! Of course these are not all of the good memories as it would take ages to write them all down but all in all potterworld has given me quite some cherishable memories of my past years on the server!

My favourite Potterworld memory just has to be the first time I entered the server, now about 7 years ago. The joy I felt back then, I'll never forget it. Finally I had found a server that made it possible for me to be a Hogsworth student and explore the castle of my dreams. When I became a Honeybadger, everyone said 'congratulations', and I immediately felt so welcome at this server. To this day, Potterworld is still my absolute favourite server to go to.

My favorite memories in the server, was back in 2016/2017, where me and my friend explore all the map locals, in that moment we know the castle like the back of our hands. It was super fun, we spent hours exploring, finding secret passages, important places in the lore, we participated in all the classes and laughed a lot together. My favorite Potterworld memory is probably when I helped campaign for the Chicken Nugget Event, which sadly didn't happen. That was the first time I properly joined the community of Potterworld. Before the Chicken Nugget campaign, I focused only on quests, never joined classes, and never said anything in chat. Potterworld immediately makes everyone feel welcome from the second you join and I absolutely love it.

My favourite memory on Potterworld would have to be teamwork during Spring Event 2020. That year, students visited Bunny Burrows to help three Choco Bunny factories produce enough Choco Bunnies for Easter. Players were randomly assigned a factory and only the best factory received the exclusive collectible reward.
On the start of event, I was sorted into Hop's team. It was the... Absolutely worst team at that time as their Choco Bunny production was quite lower compared to other factories.
However, after a few unsuccessful production days, a few Hop's Assistants gathered together (including myself) and we soon formed a Hop's Dream Team, an organisation for Choco Bunny production on way more organised way. Instead of everyone gathering all ingredients on their own, we divided our group into different teams that collected different ingredients or did the Choco Bunny 'brewing'. That way, we saved a lot of time and after a lot of effort, we gathered way too many stacks of Choco Bunnies!
Our organisation was also secret (as Mr. Secret, it's only logical an organisation where I'm one of the leaders has to remain secret - though we were all quite equal!), so other teams had no idea Hop's factory was planning an epic comeback and because of that they probably didn't give their maximum.
I can only imagine how Delly's team (leading team during the whole duration of event) members felt after we deposited over two thousand Choco Bunnies on the last day of event! Because of our team-work and big efforts, we earned ourselves an Enchanted Carrot and I'm sure many players have a grin when they encounter it in their chests...

10 years of Potterworld
I tried to make another collage, but the original one is just superior so I will post both.
I've made many many memories on PW over the years, as well as many friends, so if you see yourself in one of the screenshots - shout out to you!

My favorite memory is the Valentine's 2022 event in Kalphos. Before this event I played Potterworld very sporadically, but this event got me absolutely hooked! The different Greek myths and the quests around it, as well as the temples to a few of the deities was so fun to explore that I've simply Had to play every event since. It's also the reason I've build my collectible display in my housing in the first place

My favourite memories are definitely from my time as a staff member. I got to meet wonderful people, laugh and play games late into the night with them and create fantastic content with my teammates since then. These friendships now go outside of the server, but we make sure to remember where we met each other

I struggled to decide on a favourite memory since I have gained so many over the years. However, after much thinking, I have decided to share a memory from one of my favourite projects I have worked on whilst being on the Potterworld team - the Voting Store Update!

This project focused on revamping the Voting Store in the Trophy Room. However, we also introduced numerous features, including voting streaks, Streak Packs, Reward Packs, and much more. My main memory from this project was that I had the fortune to lead the team through it. Being the project lead taught me many valuable lessons about making teamwork work out amazingly, especially since we were about 20 people involved. Moreover, it helped me improve planning bigger, non-routine projects and time management.

Overall, it was a marvellous project to work on! I truly enjoyed interacting with the team as we worked on the many features we have today and overcame several challenges. It was also a great chance to deepen my knowledge of the Potterworld tech, especially when working on the voting streak system design. On top of this, I loved to see the positive reactions from you - the community - when this was released after over a year of hard work from the team. This keeps me motivated to work even harder on our future projects.

Potterworld has truly been a magical experience so far, and I appreciate the community and the Potterworld team so much. I have gained many close friendships and valuable life lessons from this. That said, if any Potterworld team position sparks much interest in you, I strongly encourage you to give it a chance if you have the time, as it will give you an experience you will never forget and many more friends.
