The fact that you can't fly in a straight line actually makes it a lot easier to steal as it tends to be the passer with the Quabble that is targetted the most and subsequently the one that has to swerve more. This therefore decreases their average speed and allows for other passers to catch up.

I can't see the first feature being practical, seems like it would either disperse the playerbase a lot or probably more likely just result in people only playing one of the two games (likely the 4). The second option is also invalid as it would greatly reduce the amount of games being played...
