I don't see dropping items as much of a problem for PW. Most items that you use all the time are bound and non-droppable. If anything it would still be annoying even if it applied to rare items only. If they were to add this to the game then there should be a way to disable it via the /me...

If the spell was changed to function like the tracking compass in spell wars and star battle then it would still have the use of finding invisible players and tracking others. This way it would be more useful while not making Disappearus OP.

I don't think this should be on the server because some people might find it annoying and it will probably be a hassle to get everything working. If you want this for yourself though you can do the same thing with Labymod where it highlights the message and plays a sound.
