I like both of your ideas, but on the second one I do think they would need to make it so buildings and structures didn't take damage or could have damage toggled off for them so that those structures weren't also destroyed in these duels.

Will we ever get a level cap expansion and some sort of post-graduation content? Because you graduate at 71 I think it'd be awesome to be able to be an Auror, Magizooligist, or any of the other awesome "jobs" from the Harry Potter Universe.
