The issue with that is that "gifting" them wouldn't really be possible. It could easily veer towards favoritism, and creating entire randomized giveaways for those items seems like way too much work to do just to implement a few new items. Not to mention, the brooms and collectibles are already...

Trolling this new function would be as simple as purposefully getting caught several times over, or several times over on several accounts. Adding the point deduction function to your idea with the "hall-monitors" if you will, would also be a way that some trolls might be able to rig the House...

So to be clear, you want a special Deluminator, etc? We already have special beaded handbags in terms of design, such as those given out during the Halloween and Winter Waltz events, unless you mean something else. How would you say they need to be improved even further?

Fun fact for any post-revelius magicians: Chests actually used to give experience! It was small, usually only around 100 or so, and only until you graduated. Once you graduated, the chests gave you gold for opening them. Pretty cool, huh? :unsure:

We actually already have these items in game! Faster brooms are available by crafting together the pieces you find around the world/by killing mobs, or by buying them on the marketplace. The joke shop items you mentioned are also in the game, and can be bought in London :D

While I get where you're coming from with House point reductions, there's also the issue of "punishing the many for the actions of the few". While that concept works just fine in other spaces, I don't think players would respond well to this sort of addition to the gameplay- albeit I still think...
