The course is the part of the quest. You don't have to compete every single quest. In fact, i think that more quests should be harder like this. What's the point if every quests is so easy that everyone can complete it?

Yes it is possible. Ban appeals can take several weeks and even tho I understand that you're probably sad right now, the best for you is to be patient and wait for them to review your appeal. Asking to get unbanned on forums isnt the best idea.

Just a quick suggestion so I don't have to ask every time. I would like if the bracket for challenges/tournaments was posted in arena discord when the challenge starts. It's little effort from the arena team but can be very usefull for us.
