The Location of the Horcrux Island is nearly impossible to pinpoint, Because Harry and Dumbledore both apparated to there. All we know is that it is somewhere In europe. But the Island Might come with the revelius, so we will have to see.

I meant Like it would work as same as a wand but the only with spectrus, and pretty work as same as a wand, but just look different.

So changing the souvenir lightsabers in that people have in their inventory to functioning spectrus-casting lightsabers is what Im saying.

Maybe The lightsabers can a very close range spell like spectrus. It can work very similarly to melee!
