5th year adonishing the grave

hi im doing this quest but after talking to bethany i went to the cave and there was TNT and ive looked around everywhere and i have tried every spell but i cant blow up the TNT or get trough any other way. there are some white strings laying around but they dont have green sparkles and i cant pick them up so i don't know what to do.

you may have to go back and re talk to Bethany sometimes the quest doesn't go through fully.
