Add a "Help" Chat Channel

Chat gets very crowded with tons of people asking for help with various things. If there was a help channel, it would help chat become a lot cleaner for players who don't like to answer questions. It would also help staff members assist people in need. This will probably become even more of a problem when Revelius comes out, and everyone is going to need help.

You could also put the automatic helpful messages in the help channel, so that experienced players can turn them off.

I think this is a good idea but there is staff watching the chats already so they would see the questions. And if it's really important a player could always make a ticket in game with /t create (issue) or ask it in the discord #questions channel! But if it's not too much work for the dev team they could try it out!

I feel like there are a lot of in-game chats already, and it might be confusing for players (especially new players who need help) to have to use a different chat specifically for asking questions, while limiting global chat to just chatting. Especially at times when chat is more slow or inactive it seems unnecessary imo to have a separate chat for questions. As Max said, players can also always just create a ticket if they need support from staff.

Hello again!

We already have a lot of channels and this would only make it more confusing. New players probably won't know this channel exists and they would still continue asking questions. If someone has a question, they can always make a ticket and we'll get back to them. For those reasons, we'll be declining this thread.
