The reason for less ppl overall is because you couldn't resell collectables, therefore people didn't join several CEs, at least not everyone. The alts effected it as well, but like i said several times above - you can't be active on both accounts at the same time. And the number of eggs needed didn't change accordingly, which is something that should've been thought of.
Add a rule against multiple alts in classes, CEs, etc.

This suggestion has already been completed. Classes have a rule that you are able to join classes on multiple accounts, but you are unable to get HP on more than one account. It is not common for players to take up several slots with alts and cause those classes to be full. In terms of Arena, players are not allowed to attend on more than 1 account in a challenge/tournament. Additionally, CEs are no longer hosted, so this part of the suggestion is no longer relevant.
