Add a warp to Wizard Economy classroom in the Prefects.

The title explains it all. It would be super nice to have a warp (In the Prefects) to the Wiz Econ classroom because sometimes people don't know where it is and it's the only Marketplace in Hogsworth.

As someone who did not know where this was for months and months, I think this would be a great addition to the Prefect NPC menu as it works to be as comprehensible as possible!
