Adding ticket Tool.

I think it would be a good idea to add the ticket Tool bot to the discord server.

Because even if a staff member or spawns to someone when they're not in discord. They can look at the response later with the end. game ticket system we have now. That is not possible.

So I think this would benefit the server in the long run If this one simple thing was added to the discord.

Apologies for the delay! The suggestion has been brought up to the team and unfortunately, has been declined.

We understand this system could assist players if they don’t have a forum account or if they go offline in-game. However, we believe that this would instead make things unorganised in the Discord, thus making things challenging in terms of moderation. Additionally, we already have the in-game and forum ticket systems, so we will try looking for ways to improve them.
