Greetings witches and wizards!


It's time for our Arena 2026 Season 2 Releases!


Arena Maps: We are continuing to make edits to all of our existing maps: Flying, Dueling and Seasonal as well as making QoL improvements to them since the server update. So far we have done:

Reshaped hoops:
  • Diagonal Lane Course
  • Squalus Cove Course
  • Amusement Park Course
  • Beauxbois Course
  • Mahounoshiro Course
  • Peters Flight Course
  • Roleplay Base Course
  • Riddleyard Course
  • Enchanted Valley Course
  • Silvermorne Course
Regarding our Flying maps, we have gone ahead and adjusted the hoop sizes to be more compatible with the new broom height for those mentioned above. We have also redone barriers where needed to ensure less lag will occur, as well as fixed areas that were affected by the update. Additionally, we have altered some hoops to be more challenging, but adjusted then accordingly to work alongside the broom height.

Map tech edits:

We have not made any hoop changes to these maps in particular as they are already adjusted for the 1: new broom height and 2: hoop-challenging wise. However, we have gone ahead and implemented new tech to these maps, and those above to assist our hosting abilities better. Furthermore we have removed arrow symbols from the mentioned maps that had any in order to keep up with build standards. We are continuing to revamp and work on the maps still left with arrow symbols within the course.

As for Sledding and Rafting, due to the models being adjusted height wise and to be functional, we have adjusted a selection of our maps to accommodate the difference. We have also addressed the random areas where a raft would stop mid-race. This is still a work in progress as we figure out any additional map errors with the new heights of both models.

That is all for now regarding maps! We hope to complete the remaining ones we have and bring those back to live events!






Progression System:

We have concluded our first season of the Battlepass and are now rotating in new content for our second season! Here are some of the new things to expect:

Arena Token Shop: New season means a new rotation! All our categories have now rotated for the new season!

We have also added some new additions:

We're continuing to work on new items for the shop, which will be sure to hit the shop in a future release!






Sledding Update:

We're happy to announce Sledding is now back in action! Players are now able to practise again within the Arena Halls in our Sledding Course. We will also be rotating back in our Sledding tasks for the Arena Taskboard! We look forward to including this gamemode back into our rotation throughout the year.






QoL Updates: The team has been working hard behind the scenes to provide new and fun updates!


These new QoL updates include;

  • We have gone ahead and fixed misc. things within the Arena Halls
  • We have and are continuing on bringing back more of our flying maps
  • We have worked on redoing barriers for our Halloween Forest flying course as we found hole pockets within the course after the 1.18 update
  • Continuing to work on fixing all our maps - including the overuse of barriers, broken aspects, and to account for the new update with racing models now being different with 1.18
  • Fixed the Raft model to no longer be "in your face" when rafting meaning the height is slightly higher now. This is now live to test out in the Arena Halls
  • We have implemented a new system for how we showcase Tournament winners for each mode within the Arena Halls

The team are always looking at new ways to improve the QoL experience for everyone and will continue to do so!






Arena Discord: We're continuing to explore ideas and suggestions that we could bring to the Arena Discord. Additionally, we post a community-update post each month to share what we have been working on.

What can I look forward to in the future?:

We are continuing to work on our current projects and QoL improvements we have in the works. Currently, projects have slowed down due to the teams IRL schedules, members of the team going on hiatus, and members leaving. We hope to be able to announce new additions to our game modes and content in a future release.

Additionally, the team is a lot smaller than what it used to be, which means less manpower to work on completing our projects at a faster pace. If you want to be a part of brainstorming and creating these projects, we recommend that you apply for Arena Squire to help!
