Following the disappearance of the Dark Lord, the Phoenixes began to arrange a meeting with the Auralocks. In response, the Deputy Auralock agreed to see them, and she met with the Lord of the Phoenixes, Joshua Pendragon, and the Embersage at an unmagical cafe. Once there, Joshua Pendragon spoke with Rani and offered assistance investigating what the Dark Followers were up to. In response, the Deputy asked what he’d want in return. The Phoenixes, in return for their assistance, requested that any remaining files on the late Shakti be turned over to them. Rani, although hesitant, agreed that the points they brought up were valid, and eventually agreed to turn the files over to them as long as they held up their end of the deal. The two groups then separated, leaving the Phoenixes to return to their temporary base. Shortly after, they went on their way to an unknown location...
