Currently poison spells and the lacerum spell are very good at dealing damage to bosses, in fact, considerably more than other spells. This was kind of an issue since people who owned lacerum had a massive advantage in the game. Now that it's getting added though, that's less of an issue. I find this could be an interesting feature though if i.e. the enchantress had an extra weakness against Jinx spells or smth, and so she took relatively more damage from those spells compared to others. Of course, this doesn't have to be a crazy boost in damage to the point of current lacerum, but just enough so it makes a noticeable difference. I think it would make bosses significantly more fun to fight, instead of just having the same gear set right now and you're basically set for each boss bc that's the highest damage u deal. Also, you don't have to switch your gear at all in between - you could have specific people specialise in some bosses in your team. You might say that this could like, ruin the f low of the gauntlet, people wouldn't want to switch gear every time in between, and also redo their spells and spell trees potentially. I get that, but if this is implemented in the right way, it shouldn't affect everyone else who would rather not pick a different set for certain bosses. It would just be a 'relatively noticeable' damage boost, and there would not be any nerfed spells or spells that the boss would have resistance to - only weakness. I think it definitely wouldn't break up the flow of the game for the person who doesn't want to participate in this. Also, obviously not every boss would have this feature - just what would seem logical for that boss and ofc this is up to the game design team to decide the weakness if any and weave it into the gauntlet somehow, maybe having clues scattered around in the gauntlet, or through the current journals.
