Character Limit

I was posting a well... post and when I attempted to click 'Post' it told me to *only* post posts with under 420 characters, I went on an online character checker and realised it was 423, I deleted a few words and got it down to 400 but still it refuses to allow me post, could the characters from the image I linked be possibly affecting the character results? Thanks, just wondering.

My guess would be yes Matty, though I'm not entirely sure. You could ask one of the website admins regarding it.

Hrmm I think how it works is it stores the entite thing in its bb code version, so linking it will take the linked image, the bbcode and text used. I can't confirm nor deny rn, but I can look into it and get a definitive answer.
